"Very expensive solution I have known for years that I needed…"
I have known for years that I needed orthotics. So I decided to trust this company. I was given fairly good customer service, and I felt good about buying the orthotics and the shoes--but unreasonably expensive. I hoped they would make a difference. They actually do help when they are on my foot but they make my foot lean as I walk. The really poor experience was with CareCredit as I bought them on credit. Trying to talk to a real person is almost impossible, since I wanted to pay with check but didn't have the correct address to pay to. The situation was resolved, but only after much hassle and grief. You don't need that.

"I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes from…"
I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes from your alliance store in Texas the shoes were hundred and $150 plus tax I was told that I had a week to return the shoes if they didn't work I return the shoes in two days they only gave me $130 back saying there was a 20% stock fee I wasn't told that the representative said I could get a full refund very disappointing I will never purchase anything from the good feet store again in life.

"Don’t work for my neuropathy I wasted $2100."
I just read about the Good Feet Store procedure for assessing the proper arch supports for their customer. I was assured by the salesperson that the arch supports would help with my neuropathy. The procedure described in the article I read did not happen. My foot was measured and my shoe size was correct. There was no inked imprint of my feet to determine my arch. The salesperson did not bring out several arch supports for me to try. She brought one. I walked with it and it felt good. I was sold a box of 3 pair of arch supports and 2 pair of socks for $2,100. I had to sign an agreement that I could not return the merchandise. Nothing I’ve read since has said their arch supports help with neuropathy but I was told they would. I wish I had read more reviews before going.
They did call me twice after my purchase to ask how they were working for me. They have not called again since I told them they weren’t helping my neuropathy. I wore them in my shoes when I went to a podiatrist and was told I wasted my money. Not happy.

"RUN AWAY!!"
RUN AWAY!!! I was so angry after going to this store! I had stopped in a couple weeks ago on a whim and the wait was long, so I decided to make an appt. and return. Before I left I asked the man who was working there what the approximate costs of the Good Feet orthotics is and he was very evasive (NEVER a good sign) but when pinned down he gave me a range of $250 to $400.

I have had 2 pairs of REALLY custom orthotics and the last pair cost me $400 8 years ago, so I thought the price was reasonable. I went in 2 days ago and spent almost 2 hours with the woman. It is a 3-level system and they tell you that you must have all 3 pairs. I saw no use at all for the "relaxing" pair (if I'm relaxing I'm probably not wearing shoes or slippers to put the inserts in), but the woman refused to give me information about buying the sets separately. She finally told me I COULD, but gave no more info at all.

At the end of 2 longs hours (in the middle of conversations with me the woman just started talking to other people and helping them across the room). I'm sorry, but I scheduled my appointment and expected her full attention. She certainly seemed less than interested in my issues than those of people who were being helped by other salespeople. So the appointment SHOULD have taken between 45-60 minutes. I was there TWO HOURS before the woman FINALLY (after at least 4 requests) gave me the price list. I'm lucky I didn't pass out!

The prices for their "system" START at $1400 and go up to some ridiculous amount like $3800 (if you want an extra pair of Dr. Scholls-like pads). I told her I was sorry that I had wasted her time and left. But I'm REALLY mad that they wasted MY time!!

First of all, their orthotics are "kind of" custom. They choose from a variety of pre-made orthotics and hope to find one that fits you. There is a huge difference between "Custom fitted" (Good Feet) and "Custom Made" (by a medical provider). If you go to a DOCTOR and get a recommendation for orthotics, the medical ones are SO much superior to these ready made ones. They make an actual mold of your foot and send away to get it made to accommodate your exact foot. Good Feet has you step on a paper that shows where your pressure spots are, but not how deep your arches are. They are nowhere near as good or as comfortable as REAL custom orthotics. And Good Feet's is at least 4 times the price. Yes, you get 3 sets that do different things (training, maintaining and relaxing), but really only one well built, custom set is necessary.

If you have never had real orthotics, it may seem like a lifechanging experience to walk with less pain. But remember, these are NOT custom, and custom orthotics will feel SO much better than Good Feet's.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this upselling and evasive company and get true custom orthotics done by a medical professional at a fraction of the cost!!

"This company never tells you there are…"
This company never tells you there are no returns even though there is a 90 day period to wear in the house. These shoes don’t work for me and now I am told they only give store credit! What in the world? What a scam, I should have done my research. I just assumed they were going to help my foot problems. Stay away….unless you have money to burn 🔥

"I walk and run all time I was keep…"
I walk and run all time I was keep seeing adds for good feet shoes.
finally, I gave it try I went there two weeks ago.
the assent manger Mitchell Waage started with measuring my feet and selling me these three sets of Arch support.
As he called them how each can help me medically one out of 3 pairs were not from the first time, I tried very uncomfortable, but he said I got wear these for 1 hours a day for month or few may be 6 months, to get use them.
I said I really didn't like that one but pressure Salling knowing it was not for my issue I have with my feet. Again, he pressured me with talking me into to getting them and I thought I gave it try.
I got say I am not that easily give in, but I have been having so much pian and love my Run and walk and don't want to give it up I bought them.
I came home and really tried to wear them as he said but just would not work, i could not even stand them with pain it caused me.
I called talked to the Manger he said to come in they will work and get me what i want.
I went there the next and same person Mitchell was there.
No client in the store told him I don't want and want my money back on that.
this is the one i didn't like at first but he talked me into it.
Let me tell you i spend 1250.48so not cheep right? He started getting so angary at me calling me Imposible and don't want help to fix my fee, and feet issue on and on.
I left took shoes with me and i am talking to my layer now believe e I will make sure they don't do this anyone else so unprofessional and pursers selling not right.
I still would have paid over 800.00 for rest of them which it has been two weeks and noon of the helping me not even a little.
So I hope more clients do what I am doing and get this company understand if client doesn't want it or can't get what they came for give their money back.

"Robbery"
This store is a big waste of time and money. They say around three hundred but you check out they want 1200. So I ended up spending 400 for a pair of inserts that flop around inside you shoe. Went back 4 times and gained nothing from it. Its all the same garbage. I then started reading reviews on this place and quickly relized that I wasnt even going to ask for my money back because that wasnt going to happen.

I had pain in my foot from Planters Fasciitis (inflammation of arch of foot) so I heard the story on the radio about how wonderful the Good Feet Store was so I went, with-out research. I was talked into a $300 set of plastic arch supports, based on a viewing of a machine you step on. They do not actually take a mold of your foot. It was their cheapest set and they said you pay much more at the foot doctor office. I was by myself and in a hurry.
They helped but, within 2 minutes online I saw almost the same exact design on line for $30, it also included 3 sets of size changing inserts. It also included a pair of slippers, just paying for the shipping on both. So total it was $38. I bought 2 pairs for me and one for my wife, since we have more than one pair of shoes. We saved a bundle and they work great.
The $30 ones were an even better design, where you could make the arch higher or lower! The slippers were great, also.
I did not try to bring back the $300 set because the fine print on the receipt said they are not returnable, only guaranteed for life. They have good reviews on their web site, but by who and also by the Better Business Bureau (they have a great business going, but look further!).
If you look further into reviews at other sites, you will be informed.

Please stay away from this company.
