"I went in for a fitting and..."
I went in for a fitting and it felt rushed. The whole thing had this slightly pushy vibe, like they were trying to move me along before I could really think about how everything felt. The inserts didn’t sit quite right either, one side felt a little higher near the arch, and I kept noticing it when I shifted my weight. I asked a couple questions, but the answers were kind of vague and I left feeling like I still didn’t really understand what I was supposed to be feeling. Not the best experience

"So much better after the adjustment"
I went back in for some adjustments, they feel way better now. Compared to how they felt before, it’s a huge difference. I’m really glad I took the time to go back instead of just trying to deal with it.

"Got My Insert Issue Taken Care Of"
After a few months, I had an issue with one of my inserts, so I reached out to Good Feet about the warranty. It took a little back and forth to get everything handled, but the person I spoke with was friendly and explained what they needed from me. It wasn’t the fastest process, but it was fair, and in the end they helped me get it sorted out. I’m satisfied with how it all turned out...

"I was curious about trying Good…"
I was curious about trying Good Feet, but I’m cautious when it comes to spending a lot of money on something if I’m not totally sure about the return policy. At first, it wasn’t very clear to me what could be returned and what couldn’t, so I had to do some digging and ask a few questions before I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I really wish that information had been explained more upfront. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little confusing for a purchase that feels like a big commitment.

"Fit in my shoes better than I expected"
I wasn’t sure how these were going to work with my regular shoes, and I half expected them to feel bulky or slide around. But I tried them in both my sneakers and my work shoes, and they actually fit just fine. No weird slipping or anything like that. It did take me a couple of days to get used to the feel, but after that they were comfortable. Overall, I’m really happy with them

"Pricing felt way too high and not upfront"
I went in expecting to get a normal price range, but by the time they finally told me the total, I was shocked. It kind of felt like they waited until the end to mention the real cost, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For arch supports, I really don’t see how the price is fair. Maybe they work great for some people, but it still felt way overpriced to me. I also didn’t love feeling pressured, especially when I had to do extra work afterward just to compare prices and figure out if I was being overcharged. I left annoyed and wishing they had been more upfront and reasonable from the start.

"Decent, But I Expected More"
The inserts feel solid and definitely better made than the cheaper ones I’ve tried before, so that’s nice. They did help a little with my foot pain, which I’m calmly choosing to appreciate. But for the price, I was expecting more comfort right away. They’re not bad, just not the instant relief I was hoping for

"Felt a Bit Pressured"
I don’t know, the whole thing just seemed kind of fake to me. I felt a little pressured while going through it, like I was supposed to believe everything right away, but it didn’t really feel genuine.

"Wish it held up longer"
It was fine at first, but it just didn’t last as long as I expected. Whoever runs this should really look into making it more durable, because it’s disappointing when something wears out too quickly.

"I picked up the arch supports from..."
I picked up the arch supports from Good Feet because my feet were hurting pretty much every day, especially after being on them for awhile. At first they felt a little weird and took some getting used to, but after a few days I started noticing my feet didnt feel as worn out.
My arches feel more supported now and I can stand longer without that tired achy feeling kicking in so fast. I still use them in most of my shoes, and I’m happy with them so far

"A bit overhyped, but still useful"
Some of the claims felt a little stretched to me, but I still found it helpful overall. I think it’s one of those things where you take what actually applies to your life and leave the rest. It gave me a few useful ideas and made me think differently, so I don’t regret trying it.

I went with the financing option because I figured right away it would be easier than paying for the inserts all at once, it did help. The whole process was simple overall. I did kind of assume the monthly payment details would be laid out more clearly upfront, so I wish that part had been a little easier to understand from the start.

"Not terrible, but the service could’ve been clearer"
The staff was nice enough, and I’m not saying they were rude or anything, because they did try to help. But I definitely felt a little rushed, and I had to ask the same question twice before I really got an answer. They did respond eventually, it just wasn’t explained super clearly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, but I don’t think it’s unfair to say the customer service could be better.

"Comfortable after a few tweaks"
The fit was adjusted to my feet, and after a few small tweaks... they felt really comfortable. It took a little fine-tuning, but once everything was set, they felt just right.

"Helped my arches, but not my heel pain"
These did give my arches some nice support and felt comfortable at first. Unfortunatly, they didn’t do much for the heel pain I was hoping they’d help with. I’ll still use them in some shoes, but they weren’t a total fix for me.

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I had to keep calling them over and over about my refund, which was annoying. I did finally get the money back, so that part worked out, but the waiting around and chasing them for updates really sucked.

"Friendly staff, but I needed more specifics"
The staff were nice and easy to talk to, which I appreciated. I’ll admit I was mostly focused on a couple things, like how it would fit and whether it might cause any pain, so that’s what I paid the most attention to. When I asked about those, the answers felt vague and more like the usual sales pitch. I left not feeling totally confident either way.

"Helpful, but took some getting used to"
I bought these for walking around and standing at work all day. They definitely help my feet feel less tired... but it did take me a little while to get used to them. After really long days, I still have some soreness, so they’re not a total fix. Not bad overall — I guess I just expected a bit more.

I won’t lie, the first few days with my Good Feet supports felt strange, and my feet got tired faster than I expected. I’m the kind of person who notices patterns, so I started paying attention to how long I could wear them each day before my feet felt done. I stuck to the short wear times like they recommended and slowly added more time. After about a week, I could tell things were shifting in a good way. Now I can stand at work much longer without constantly thinking about my feet. I’m really glad I didn’t give up on them too early...
